The Minutes of the exchange of instruments of ratification of a cooperation agreement in the cultural field between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Republic of Costa Rica were signed at the Foreign Ministry's headquarters.

HE Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani on Friday met Costa Rican Foreign Minister Manuel Gonzalez, currently on a visit to the country to participate in the 16th edition of Doha Forum.
