H.E. Mr. Carlos Manuel Rodríguez, Minister of Environment and Energy of the Republic of Costa Rica, received Dr. Khamis bin Rashid Al Kaabi, Ambassador of the State of Qatar in San José.
During the meeting, bilateral relations between the two countries in the fields of energy and environment were discussed.
