HE Mr. Edward Centeno, Minister of Agriculture and Livestock of the Republic of Nicaragua, received HE. Dr. Khamis bin rashid Al-Kaabi, Concurrent Ambassador of the State of Qatar, to Nicaragua in the capital Managua.
