HE Mohammed bin Kurdi Taleb Al Marri, Qatar's Ambassador to Costa Rica, presented his credentials to the President of the Republic of Nicaragua, Comrade Daniel Ortega Saavedra, at a ceremony held at the Governor's Palace in the Nicaraguan capital of Managua.
